Transport
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track your package online. Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage.
We recommend that you combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be responsible for shipping costs for each order.
Your package is shipped with special care taken for packages containing fragile products.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and shipped within 24 to 48 hours at the latest (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
We offer two delivery methods.
Home delivery – Colissimo France and Europe
Delivery is made to the address of your choice.
The delivery time observed for Colissimo is 48 hours (2 working days) for shipments in Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco) and 3 to 7 days for Europe.
The European countries concerned for delivery are: Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland.
Delivery to Relay Point - Colissimo
The average delivery time for Colissimo Point Relais is 72 hours (3 working days) for deliveries in Metropolitan France and 3 to 6 working days in Corsica.
Product return terms and conditions
After receiving your package, if one or more products do not suit you, you have a 14-day withdrawal period.
Returns are for products delivered in good condition. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The steps regarding the return of the product(s) are:
- Send an email to serviceclient@blancreme.com specifying your order number and the reference(s) concerned. We will send you a return slip.
- Pack the product(s) in the original packaging, wedge them to avoid breakage and be sure to include your order number.
- Affix the return label and send the package to the following address:

39 Route d'Herqueville, 27430 Andé - After receiving your package, a confirmation email will be sent to you and the amount of the product refunded by sending a check to your delivery address.
